Asking for help

It is important for young people to understand their strengths and weaknesses, so they can identify when they need support. If a student struggles to read in class, they may want to ask for their tests to be read out loud. Kids affected by anxiety or attention issues in school may benefit from mental health care. Many educational and social services are available in our local schools, but to be effective, kids need to raise their voices and ask for help.
