Housing
Permanent Supportive Housing – Long-term, community-based housing, which includes supportive services for homeless people with disabilities
Affordable Housing Program – generally defined as housing on which the occupant is paying no more than 30 percent of gross income for housing costs, including utilities
Rapid Re-Housing Program – An intervention that quickly connects families and individuals experiencing homelessness to permanent housing

PATH Outreach – Outreach Specialists identify and engage people who are experiencing homelessness
Workforce Development – help people with serious mental health conditions enter and succeed in the competitive labor market
Supportive Services – Housing Support Specialists provide supportive services for people experiencing homelessness, who have disabilities and reside in permanent supportive housing
