Jobs for Ohio’s Graduates

Jobs for Ohio’s Graduates (JOG) is a workforce development and career readiness organization dedicated to empowering young adults in Stark County to achieve personal and professional success. Our Out-of-School Program serves individuals ages 16–24 who are not currently enrolled in school and are seeking to enter the workforce, continue their education, or overcome barriers to employment.

JOG provides GED preparation and support, helping participants complete their high school equivalency and build a foundation for future career or educational advancement. Our staff offer personalized guidance, connect youth to testing resources, and provide encouragement throughout the process.

Through one-on-one coaching, job placement assistance, and skill-building, JOG helps participants develop the tools they need to thrive in today’s job market. Services include career exploration, employability training, paid and unpaid work experiences, resume and interview preparation, financial literacy education, and guidance toward postsecondary education or credential programs.

With strong partnerships across local employers, training providers, and community agencies, JOG connects young adults to real opportunities for sustainable careers and economic independence. Our mission is to inspire, prepare, and empower the next generation of Ohio’s workforce — one young person at a time.
