The Minerva Police Department provides several educational programs through the Minerva Local School District. We work with Community Safety Net to provide books to school children in which our SRO Tony Albertoni will read to the children, and each child is provided with a book.
Minerva Police Department has provided a variety of safety trainings to businesses.
Minerva Police Department has an Elderly/Veteran Watch Program where we provide welfare checks on those who reside alone. This program works with several businesses and non-profit organizations who provide donations such as food, clothing, payment of bills, mental health resources, etc.
