Spectrum offers discounted internet services for eligible low-income households. Recipients will have to meet certain eligibility requirements including:
- Resides where Spectrum Internet offers service
- A member of the household is a recipient of the free and reduced school lunch program, or 65+ years old and an SSI recipient
- Has not been subscribed to Charter Communications’ internet services within the last 30 days and is not a current Spectrum customer
- Holds no outstanding debt for any Charter Communications’ services that was incurred within 1 year of requesting services under this program
