Harm Reduction Supply Vending Machine – In collaboration with the Stark County Mental Health and Addiction Board (StarkMHAR), Refuge of Hope, The Massillon City Health Department, and The Alliance Commons we have implemented Harm Reduction Vending Machines throughout Stark County Ohio. Items in the machines include overdose reversal medicine, drug test strips, wound care kits, first aid kits, safe sex kits, PPE, and sharps containers. All items are free to the community.
