Through innovation, education and advocacy, StarkMHAR funds and supports community-based mental health and addiction prevention, treatment and recovery services throughout Stark County.

Dedicated to the needs of local individuals and families, Stark County JFS provides state and federal programs for child protection, basic needs, employment, adoption, foster care and more.

With a commitment to vision, leadership and service, the Stark County ESC coordinates quality educational programs, professional training and services for Stark County school districts.

For the 3,700 individuals with developmental disabilities in Stark County, Stark DD funds and organizes services to support their health, safety, education and quality of life.

Designed to protect the rights and interests of all Stark County residents, The Stark County Family Court conducts fair and timely hearings for cases involving families, teens and youth.

In partnership with many local government organizations, Stark County Family Council is made up of individuals, families and organizations who work together to close gaps in care for local residents in need.
