Justina Gorman & Jen Richeson

Justina Gorman is the Coalition & Community Development Coordinator at Stark County Mental Health and Addiction Recovery. Through her coalition work, she hopes to enhance community prevention efforts across the county by engaging in meaningful substance use prevention initiatives such as media campaigns, educational programs, and policy changes. Prior to her work at StarkMHAR, Justina began her career in the behavioral health field working as a school-based clinical counselor at Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health. She graduated from Walsh University in December 2014 with master’s degrees in both Clinical Counseling and School Counseling, and recently obtained the Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist Assistant credential. Jen Richeson is the System Development Coordinator at StarkMHAR. Jen is passionate about the connectedness of people, and her primary job role is strengthening Stark County’s recovery-oriented system of care and supporting collaborative efforts between systems to close service gaps and increase efficiency. Jen’s prior work was with youth, young adults, and their families, as a mental health practitioner, WrapAround Service Coordinator, and then as manager of a team of youth and young adult providers. Jen is also a professional musician and finds joy in teaching violin and performing at weddings.
