Emergency rent and utility assistance for Stark County residents: call Monday - Friday between 9 and 10 a.m. Through tangible assistance and other essential services, Catholic Charities affirms human dignity, meets basic human needs, strengthens families, builds communities, and empowers others to transform their lives. Housing Permanent Supportive Housing - Long-term, community-based housing, which includes supportive services for homeless people with disabilities Affordable Housing Program - generally defined as housing on which the occupant is paying no more than 30 percent of gross income for housing costs, including utilities Rapid Re-Housing Program - An intervention that quickly connects families and individuals experiencing homelessness to permanent housing Services PATH Outreach - Outreach Specialists identify and engage people who are experiencing homelessness Workforce Development - help people with serious mental health conditions enter and succeed in the competitive labor market Supportive Services - Housing Support Specialists provide supportive services for people experiencing homelessness, who have disabilities and reside in permanent supportive housing

We have a Community Health Worker on-site as an integral member of our team to educate and provide support to our clients.
