Bridges is a voluntary program for young adults in the foster care system who are ages 18, 19 or 20. It provides guidance and support during the transition to adulthood for individuals who are in school, working or have a qualifying medical condition.

Offers comprehensive, whole person treatment to children, adults and families in the communities we serve – regardless of their ability to pay Delivers mental health, substance use, residential, and rehabilitation services Walk-in Clinic: Mon- Fri 8am – 2pm Clinical Services Recovery includes behavioral health, counseling, case management, substance use treatment, walk-in services, psychiatry, and crisis intervention and stabilization Residential Services Housing assistance, group housing, youth transitional services, budget management classes and other programs that help prepare clients for independent living Supportive Services Guardianship and family care, jail liaison support, adult protective services, adult day care services and eldercare case management Employment Services Job matching, assistance with interviewing, securing transportation and more

Local Goodwill organizations provide job training, employment placement, and other community-based programs by selling donated clothing and household items.
