CHANCE Program

A specialized court program helping individuals involved in felony alcohol and drug-related cases to become contributing members of the Stark County community.

Day Reporting

A jail diversion program offering a variety of services and programs for offenders, including:

  • Chemical dependency treatment
  • Parenting groups
  • Community service opportunities

HOPE Program

Mental health professionals who help individuals complete Intensive Supervision Probation (ISP), reach stabilization and decrease risks for re-offending.

Honor Court Mentor Program

Connecting offenders with volunteer veterans to help them successfully complete the Honor Court program.

Intensive Supervision Probation (ISP)

A yearlong jail diversion program providing house arrest and curfews as an alternative to prison incarceration.

Pre-Trial Services

Assisting the court with pre-trial release decisions for criminal cases as well as monitoring services once individuals have been released.

Pre-Trial & Pre-Sentence Services

Collecting pre-sentence investigation, post-sentence investigation, judicial release and expungement reports on investigated individuals for the Court of Common Pleas.

Re-Entry Program

A yearlong program with four phases that begins during sentencing and continues throughout the transfer to a correctional facility, during incarceration and as the individual transitions back into the community.
